La Dernière Goutte is a boutique caviste in Paris. We specialise in vins de propriétaires, or estate-bottled wine – no industrial production, no big corporations – made by great winemakers all over France.
What makes a great winemaker? For us, it’s someone who knows their land, who works it honestly and ethically, and takes great care to produce wine that reflects that. Some of the domaines we represent are among the most famous in the world. Others are waiting for you to discover them.
Every bottle in the store is individually selected by the owner, Juan Sanchez, who hails from the United States and has been in the wine business in Paris for 20 years, and he along with his knowledgable, friendly staff is always on hand to help you select the perfect bottle, whether it’s to cellar or to drink with lunch.
We love our winemakers and their wines, and can’t wait to share them with you.
